Freedom Gateway designs, develops and manufactures physical ATM kiosk solutions for a wide range of applications and industries. Our team in Pittsburgh is involved in every stage of the ATM kiosk development process. We fabricate custom components and assemble our ATM kiosks in house. As well as develop all software from device firmware to our cloud portal solutions.

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Operations Manager to join our team. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, including shipping, processing invoices, tracking customer payments, bookkeeping, and assisting with monthly accounting tasks, as well as any miscellaneous tasks to do around the office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
• Process invoices and payments, reconciling accounts receivable and payable.
• Track customer payments and follow up on outstanding invoices as needed.
• Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly accounting tasks, such as preparing financial reports and budgets.
• Communicate with accountants and other external partners to facilitate financial operations.
• Handle other tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in general accounting and financial management.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in accounting software and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
