Tri Pointe Homes Inland Empire is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual to join our talented group as a Landscape Construction Manager.

Position Highlights: The Landscape Construction Manager's responsibilities are overall project management including landscape plan development and oversight, value engineering, bid package development, contract award, and budget management.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the Director of Land Development with managing Schedules, Budgets, Sub Contractors, Consultants, and Field Personnel.
• Support completion of projects on schedule and budget by helping to produce a complete, accurate, and bid-able construction document package.
• Participate in design teams and oversee the implementation of safe, unique, functional, aesthetically pleasing, and cost-effective community elements, including monumentation, street scenes, open space, recreational facilities (including parks), and model complexes.
• Work with on-site Construction Superintendents to determine the timing of common areas, streetscapes, and parks.
• Review and approve invoices through E1 software.
• Manage and delegate work to assistant landscape superintendent and/or landscape superintendents.
• Assist off-site Construction Superintendents with managing construction coordination and field design issues. Utilize planning.
• Continuously improve departmentally and cross-functional processes related to landscape design and installation.
• Schedule and turnover all HOA landscaping on time.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

• High school graduate/GED required; college degree preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years residential/multi-family construction background.
• New Home Building experience preferred.
• Must have valid drivers'' license and own approved truck.
• Ability to read, understand and monitor landscape, architectural, structural and mechanical plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications with skills in MS Excel.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; and understanding of financial analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Highly organized, highly motivated, and able to get things done quickly.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
• Commitment to obtaining outstanding results.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: The expected base salary range for this position is between $89,585-129,260 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base Salary is paid bi-weekly, every other Friday.
• Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus. Bonuses are earned, calculated and paid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company’s applicable incentive plan document.
