Job Description:

- All Parts ordering for Southern California

- Manage tool inventory

- Manage parts inventory

- Schedule and execute all repairs and repair scheduling

- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities

- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates

- Managing job sites for repairs/ construction

- Scheduling/ staffing of repair/ construction projects Hiring/ training repair staff

- Oversee sub-contractors and vendors to ensure quality standards are met

- Ensure safety guidelines are followed on all job sites

- Maintain constant communication on projects with Area Management and 1 Stop management

- Ordering any and all required rental equipment

- Oversees construction sites, general contractors, and workers to ensure a high level of quality and safety.

- Create and review Requests for Information and Requests for Proposals and Change Orders and estimates.

- Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved manuals and procedures.

- Ensures that the project is constructed and documented in accordance with the contract documents and good engineering practices.

- Provides technical support to Project and Area Managers.

- Develops and maintains project cost/change controls, and project budget and accounting records.

- Performs change order estimating Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and submittals.

- Assists in managing and reviewing the progress of contractors’ construction schedules.

- Reviews weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and potential changes.

- Attend client program meetings as needed.

- Create daily, weekly, and monthly budgets

- Includes travel to include San Diego, Coachella Valley, Inland Empire, Orange County, and LA County Office in Corona, California

- Truck/ Phone/ Computer provided

Requirements:

 - Minimum Two (5) Years of Commercial Swimming Pool Service Experience

 - MUST be able to Speak and Read the English Language 

 - Bilingual a plus (Spanish)

 - Clean driving record, Valid CA Driver’s License

 - Professional References

 - CPO Certification is a plus, but if you are not CPO certified, we can re-certify
