TRI-COUNTY CARE LLC is Hiring a HR Admin Assistant Near Albany, NY

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Communicate the relevant new hire details with the necessary departments
  • Communicate the details regarding the general information about the company and position, including work schedules, dress code and parking options etc.
  • Redirect specific HR questions regarding benefits and/or salary to the appropriate party
  • Maintain and update the company shared documents related to employees
  • Monitoring of equipment and tracking returns from past employees
  • Completing 30/60/90-day KPIs for biweekly payroll report.
  • Track referral bonuses/incentive programs
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with established policies, procedures, and the industry standard.
  • Other duties as assigned by company management
  • Participate in mandatory meetings as deemed necessary by supervisor
  • Tracking all access suspensions and reactivations for new hires/terminations/suspensions/promotions
  • Completing all required paperwork and tracking for separations
  • Create and suspend access to Epaces/Portal/etc
  • Keep HR files up to date as updates come in (regarding supervisor updates, etc)
  • Upload documents to HR files for tracking
  • HR reports as needed
  • Complete exit interviews for separating employees
  • Creating ID Badges
