Tri-Century Eye Care, PC is Hiring a Patient Service Representative Near Bristol, PA

Tri-Century Eye Care is expanding and looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team.

We are looking for a caring and organized Patient Representative to join our medical practice in our Bristol and Langhorne offices. You will be responsible for an array of activities related to patient care, including scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging patient symptoms, and verifying information supplied by patients. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities.

To be successful as a Patient Representative you must be able to facilitate and coordinate communication between patients, family members, and medical staff.

Monday through Friday - 7:45am through 4:15pm. Saturday 8:00am through 12:00pm. One Saturday per month required.

The job requires:

· Checking in and out patients in a timely manner

· Outstanding professional phone management

· Making appointments for patients

· Obtaining patient identification and verifying insurance

· Collecting copays and fees

Hours will vary daily. One evening a week until 7 pm and one Saturday a month until 1 pm is also required.

This is an exciting job working in the medical field with potential for growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
