Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell products and services
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and order details
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers and promote new products
-Sending replacements and samples out
-Help with other office tasks from organization to data entry
Skills:
-Knowledge of Zendesk is preferred but not a requirement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus (e.g., Spanish, multilingual)
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Ability to navigate computer systems and perform basic data entry tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
