The eCommerce Sales Manager – Amazon/Walmart is a new role at Mr. Brands, LLC. to help grow our established ecommerce business outside of Amazon Retail (Amazon Vendor Central). This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate in a role that will have high organizational visibility. Reporting to the Sr. Director, eCommerce Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the eCommerce offering for our catalog of brands. They will be part of the team that is growing Mr. Brands, LLC. eCommerce business via both pure play and retail.com.
The successful candidate will have the ability to perform independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic, comfort working with ambiguity, and a deep curiosity.
Summary of Duties & Responsibilities:
· Champion the sourcing and loading PIM data (model #’s, dimensions, marketing copy, features, pricing, images etc.) and loading into vendor portals.
· Continually identify and evaluate new opportunities for better product listing optimization.
· Support the Sr. Director in preparing & managing sales forecasts, expense plans & P&L management.
· Investigate non-compliance and chargebacks with customers.
· Assist with and/or manage the execution of retailer specific promotional campaigns.
· Resolve promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices, forwarding resolution to managers.
· Prepares sales presentations by compiling data (but not limited to trend analysis, comp analysis, etc.), developing presentation formats and materials.
· Monitor and analyze ASIN performance rankings.
· The person will work closely with Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, Sales/Executive Management, and Operations as needed to ensure the needs of the business are met.
Requirements
· 2 Years’ experience with eCommerce sales with a demonstrated track record of margin growth.
· Amazon Seller Central experience a must.
· Experience using 3rd party sales and management tools.
· Strong copywriting skills. Maintaining a brand voice while clearly articulating the features and benefits of our products/company, while being thoughtful of SEO.
· Demonstrated proficiency in planning and executing optimizations for product detail pages relating to organic search.
· Design experience a plus.
Skills/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
· Excellent Excel skills and comfort with large quantities of data (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)
