TRESUME is Hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst Near Albany, NY
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software meets quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues
- Conduct thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing
- Document and communicate test results, defects, and issues to stakeholders
- Participate in the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software quality assurance
Skills:
- Proficiency in Eclipse or similar integrated development environments (IDEs)
- Experience with version control systems like GitHub
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and database management systems (MySQL)
- Familiarity with testing mobile applications on different platforms (iOS, Android)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services testing
- Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and processes
- Experience with testing tools such as Visual Studio or JSP (JavaServer Pages)
