Some responsibilities:

• Answer phones, direct calls, and set appointments
• Follow up calls to ensure customers are happy
• Take payments
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues
• Obtain reviews and referrals 
• Respond to reviews
• Scheduling 
• Creating follow up schedules for customers and keeping in contact
• Customer retention
• Maintaining a general knowledge of the business and actives
• Good computer skills
