Trees For Needs tree service in the north valley is looking for someone to help build and expand our PHC program.
The right individual will:

• Have a good knowledge of trees, particularly trees in Phoenix and identification.
• Have general understating of Plant Health Care
• Looking to help build and be part of a real team
• Eager to learn as well as teach
• Wanting a place where you could grow and have your fingerprints on the operations
• Truly are passionate about your work and your customers

• Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills to understand and meet client needs
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships - personable
• Driven by a high work ethic, continuing education and desire to succeed by accomplishment as well as financially.
• Be or become a Certified Applicator and Certified Arborist
• Very detailed oriented and understanding that little things mean a lot
• Understanding that communication is a science and an art.
• Believe in process and accountability
• A valid driver's license and clean record
