For more than 35 years, we’ve developed programs to meet the diverse needs of clients with moderate to severe traumatic and acquired brain injuries. We provide treatment for post-concussion syndrome, stroke, memory loss, neurobehavioral issues and accident or sports-related head injuries.
Responsibilities
Tree of Life, a Collage Rehabilitation Partner is seeking full-time and part-time Direct Support Professsionals or CNAs to join our team for our facilities in Richmond, VA.
The Tree of Life Services Patient Care Technician is responsible for:
- Assisting with and properly documenting the client’s day-to-day activities of daily living (ADLs) as assigned
- Consistent follow-through with all medical, cognitive, physical and behavioral aspects of the client’s specific program through the course of each day and night
- Client engagement
Hourly Rate: Our hourly rate starts at $16 per hour, with potential increases based on education and experience.

Qualifications
Requirements:
A high school diploma is required. Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
Must be competent in:
- Writing
- Planning
- Organization
- Documentation
- Time management skills
- The ability to communicate with families, professionals and co-workers is a must
- The ability to demonstrate positive client interaction skills is essential
