We are currently seeking an Account Manager to play a leading role in ensuring our clients receive superior service. The Account Manager will work with clients directly to provide pro-active account feedback and continuous improvement opportunities as well as problem solving. This position is on site until the candidate is trained. When candidate is trained they will be given the opportunity to work in office and remote (hybrid schedule) with manager's approval.
Responsibilities:
· High volume of Client Interaction through email and phone
· Educate clients on services through our online program
· Recognize and communicate market trends and seasonality that affect freight and transportation
· Identify data trends to maximize our client’s business potential
· Process and problem solve client or technical issues
· Maintain professional and industry knowledge
· Develop client relationships and contacts at all levels
Job qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in client implementation and /or customer service
· Transportation experience required
· Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and Outlook.
· Strong problem solving and presentation skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Skill to prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively
· Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
