We are seeking a Part-Time Office Coordinator for our professional client who offers a warm and inclusive work place. The hours are from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual with administrative experience to manage front desk reception duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Support HR with employee engagement activities and work with facilities team.

Experience Required :

  • 2 years of administrative / reception desk experience
  • Software Proficiency : Microsoft Suite, Teams, Outlook.
  • Preferred : Guest Registration system experience

Responsibilities :

  • Answer and transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • Welcome visitors and notify employees of visitor arrival
  • Update & maintain location calendar
  • Other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
