Job Duties:

• Answers phones and routes calls to the appropriate person and/or takes messages.
• Prepares all paperwork and maintains clear records of accidents
• Assists Operations Manager.
• Keeps accurate monthly and quarterly fuel reports.
• Receives and issues purchase orders.
• Maintains files while upholding confidentiality.
• Processes and pays invoices.
• Efficiently handles paperwork and compliance for mobile truck locations.
• Assists with the parts department.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Has attained a high school education or equivalent.
• Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Fleet maintenance background preferred.
• Experience with data entry, preferably with maintenance systems.
