So, what’s Transglobal?Transglobal helps construction companies see their way through any challenge by collecting and organizing data. We digitize and organize any documentation spatially, so our customers can find all their data for a specific project with one click. We generate most of the data for our clients through surveying, GIS mapping, or land services. Our clients range from fast-growth solar farms to Fortune 500 power companies. And what’s the job?This open position is for an entry-level sales representative living in Houston. We run a team-based sales strategy, where you will support seasoned account executives by coordinating outreach for new and existing customers. Your job is to understand our ideal customer profile, identify if a potential customer fits that profile, and execute an outreach cadence that results in a meeting! You will be supported by a sales enablement coordinator, a marketing content creation team, and senior-level sales reps who will teach you industry-specific sales tactics. Every week, you will reach out to new customers, attend sales meetings, and work on the “front lines” at industry events! We’ve found that our most successful sales reps are relentlessly results-oriented, competitive, sociable, and coachable. We enjoy working with people who embrace freedom in their roles and perform at a high level with little oversight.

Work Environment
This job operates in an outside sales environment, with most travel being done daily, by vehicle. Long periods of sitting in a motor vehicle can be expected. This position is remote with an in-office option.
Physical Demands
Travel. The position requires lifting files and merchandise up to 15 lbs., opening filing cabinets, bending, and standing as necessary. Extensive driving is required for business-necessary travel.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. This outside sales role requires extensive day and frequent overnight travel. Work will also necessitate non-traditional business hours to engage potential clients during after-hours and weekend networking events.
