What will you do?
Transfinder is a leading software provider forTransportation Management Systems seeking a hand on enthusiastic anddriven Quality Assurance Lead to join our growing team. The QA Leadwill be responsible for both overseeing a team of QA Analyst/Engineers andcarrying out tasks individually. They will be responsible for ensuring thehighest level of quality of our products through thorough test cases and robusttesting.
·Promote an atmosphere that encouragescollaboration, optimism and dedication
·Work collaboratively with SoftwareDevelopment Teams and Technology Team Leaders
·Communicate with Transfinder Shanghai and QApersonnel.Time outside of normalbusiness hours may be required.
·Review User Stories to ensure acceptancecriteria and expectations are clear.
·Review test plans, test cases andexecution of tests by QA team members.
·Participate in sprint planning andlong-term department goal planning.
·Thoroughly test the UI, business logic,performance, and other aspects of software to ensure all products developedare free from defects and errors.
·Document and appropriately report defects andpotential risk. Track progress and results in Jira
·Coordinate group testing efforts withindividuals both within and outside the Technology department.
·Make suggestions to improve the product andfeatures being tested.
·Continuously evaluate and improve QAprocesses.
·Coach and provide feedback to QA team.
·Contribute to the final approval of releases.
Must have experience.
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relateddegree.
•5 years of experience in SoftwareQuality Management and/or Development.
•Knowledge of modern test methodologies including automation.
•Solid understanding of quality assurance as partof the development process.
•Working knowledge of computer coding languages,MSSQL and other Databases.
•Detail oriented and well-developed analyticalskills.
•Excellent verbal and written communicationskills.
