The
Customer Service Representative provides domestic and international customer support via telephone, fax and e-mail to our internal and external customers. Support includes product and part support, order entry, CRM data entry, coordination of shipping requirements and varying degrees of assistance to customers.

Where is the work: This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule based out of Noblesville, IN.
What you will do: - Promotes Helmer values as reflected in personal productivity and quality of work; maintains positive internal/external relationships; embraces diversity; is committed to individual development and achievement of company goals/objectives.
- Maintain Que 1 phone status to manage incoming calls to answer questions from domestic and international customers regarding product information, pending order status, shipping/tracking updates, marketing materials, parts quotes and other questions related to customer service and order process. Provide follow-up to customers by phone and/or email. Work with Marketing, Purchasing, Shipping, 3rd Party Logistics Provider, Accounting and Tech Service departments on a regular basis to coordinate and solve issues or concerns.
- Enter parts and consumable orders, process credit card orders, obtain shipping quotes, provide order confirmation to customer by phone and/or email.
- Facilitate formal parts quotes for new and existing customers as requested
- Assist in the maintenance and constant updating of customer databases information and customer service processes in CRM.
What you will bring: Relative Work Experience: 0-3 years related work experience. Prefer call center or customer service experience.
Education: High school diploma (AS/BS in Business Admin, Communication or related degree preferred).
Certifications / Licenses: None required.
Computer Systems / Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (FourthShift and CRM preferred).

Compensation: Total Target Compensation: $29,500 - $50,000 Total Target Cash represents a mix of fixed base salary plus payment from sales commissions. Sales commissions plans are uncapped plans.
