What You'll Do:

As Traeger’s Social Media Content Creator you will be a key part of our Social Media and Marketing teams. This is someone who will take on a completely new role, focusing specifically on producing engaging food, product, and lifestyle content to support and drive growth for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other supporting channels. In this role you will be on the front lines of new & innovative marketing projects and our ideal candidate is someone who has a huge passion for social media, content and creating. Additionally, you will need to be someone who is ready to jump in, run hard, experiment, bring unique ideas to the table and produce best-in-class content for our social channels. You will be responsible for executing social video content (from conception to publishing) that aligns and supports Social and Brand strategies, looking to push boundaries and evolve your skills every time you look through a lens.

How You Will Help Us Win:

• Create, shoot, and edit social-forward content i.e., shorts, reels, etc. in partnership with our marketing and culinary teams
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver high-quality motion assets that elevate Traeger’s Social presence
• Shoot, edit and publish 20 short form videos monthly
• Develop high-quality videos that can be compatible across mobile and desktop environments and through different distribution channels such as our website, Facebook, IGTV and YouTube.
• Brainstorm inventive content ideas and topics that drive engagement, leverage new formats
• Engage with comments, as well as commenting on other relevant content to the brand in the platform
• Identify trends on the rise and quickly create content to grow engagement and community size within the platform, staying nimble and open to experimenting with new creative concepts
• Ability to research, script and shoot engaging content while maintaining brand authenticity
• Contribute to other social media projects where needed · Produce storyboards, on-screen motion graphics, end screens and required CTAs for various marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of the social media landscape and broader trends, possessing an awareness of the difference between successful consumer and brand content
• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling on TikTok and links to social media accounts or projects previously worked on
• Intriguing storyteller & out of the box thinker
• Proficiency with a range of Adobe Creative Products (Premiere Rush, Photoshop) a plus to add in any other visual/video styling
• Deep understanding of social media trends and internet culture

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
• 2-4 years of work experience in Marketing, social media, or similar role
