What You'll Do:
As the Culinary Content Manager at Traeger you will be an integral member of our brand marketing team who will oversee the project management of recipe and food content development from ideation to publishing. In this role you will be on the front lines of new & innovative marketing projects and will collaborate closely with Traeger’s culinary, brand, and digital teams. We’re looking for an incredibly organized individual who is adaptable, has the ability and skills needed to work with all levels of management, and possesses strong project management skills. This role is pivotal in coordinating Traeger’s recipe content with internal stakeholders and managing channel owner expectations. This individual will work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments to gather and socialize information on an ongoing basis. You will proactively communicate with the culinary team to schedule serialized recipe content while preparing for production timeframes with the internal creative team. Additionally, you will support the team in various administrative activities, such as building project schedules, helping organize and prepare for video/photo shoots, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and coordinating with various key players to ensure all projects start and end on time.
