What You'll Do:

We are looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Traeger. As our Email Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in executing our email marketing strategy to engage customers, drive sales, and enhance brand loyalty. While Reporting to the Sr Lifecycle marketing Manager, you will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize performance and achieve business objectives.

How You'll Help Us Win:

• Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging email content, including copywriting, imagery selection, and layout design, that effectively communicates brand messaging and promotes products/services
• Utilize customer data and segmentation strategies to personalize email content and optimize targeting for different audience segments, driving higher engagement and conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to optimize email campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies to increase effectiveness
• Maintain email subscriber lists, ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices for data hygiene, segmentation, and list growth strategies.
• Generate regular reports on email performance and provide insights into key metrics and trends, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and e-commerce teams to align email marketing efforts with broader marketing initiatives and business goals
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously enhance campaign effectiveness and drive innovation

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1-2 years of work experience in Marketing, email experience preferred
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Analytic mindset with a passion for data
• Bachelor's Degree Preferred
