Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify potential areas for growth
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field
- Strong business development skills with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- Technical sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge in the roofing industry is a must
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth
- Strong account management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
