Essential Functions & Responsibilities of the Desk Clerk

• Graciously greet visitors and residents and assist with resident issues.
• Answer all incoming calls and transfer calls to tenants` residences.
• Respond to resident requests and inquires in accordance with the company's customer service standards.
• Keep track and log all mail and package deliveries, alerting tenants when they have a package.
• Implement programs to address resident satisfaction.
• Ensure that only authorized individuals are entering the community.
• Check in all visitors who come to the property and check them out when they leave.

Requirements for the Desk Clerk

• Flexible schedule/willingness to work varied hours (examples of shifts include 7:30am-4pm, 1pm-10pm, 3pm-11:30pm, or 11pm-7:30am)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional demeanor and dress
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm
• Organized and resourceful nature
• Computer savvy
