Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with a warm welcome
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Assist guests with any requests or issues they may have during their stay
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with patience and empathy
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform night audit duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices and procedures
- Familiarity with hotel phone systems and reservation software is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to provide outstanding customer service
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are highly desirable
- Professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously
