Consider joining our team as the Property Manager for Weaver Farm and Richwood North Estates, apartment complexes in Florence, Kentucky.

Who you are:

• You’re an experienced Property Manager with a minimum of two years’ management experience of a residential multifamily apartment community.
• You have a job history which demonstrates your dedication to maintaining your roles for long periods of time. 
• You understand that excellent customer service is paramount when working with our residents, prospects, and vendors.
• You use outstanding interpersonal skills with your team and your residents through excellent verbal communication, MS Office products, Yardi software, and social media business use.
• You have some understanding or experience with multi-site management - not required, but helpful.
• You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and auto insurance, and you are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as a Property Manager:

• Direct the operational activities of 2 residential multifamily communities (346 total units) in order to maximize the financial return for the owners and for the benefit of the communities.
• Direct the day-to-day activities of maintenance, leasing, landscaping, marketing, safety and security.
• Obtain bids as needed and oversee the purchase of supplies and equipment.
• Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm, with some after hours as needed for events and emergencies
