 Consider joining us as a Maintenance Technician for Crossings of Kenton Apartments in Kenton County, Erlanger, KY.

What we are looking for:

• A minimum of two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance. 
• General maintenance knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Appliance Repair, Apartment Turnovers, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
• HVAC experience and own basic hand tools.
• Strong maintenance, time management and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, and strong attention to detail 
• Valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
• Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.

What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:

• Conducts turnovers and perform necessary preventative maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and swimming pool equipment, in addition to appliances, series and master locks, interior and exterior carpentry, glazing screens, roofing, blacktop, concrete repairs, and signage.
• Installs and repairs appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures, including the replacement of water heaters and toilets.
• Repairs and maintains HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Undertakes custodial and grounds duties to maintain cleanliness and presentation of the property.
• Complete assigned work orders and mileage forms promptly.
• Ensures company equipment and tools are well-maintained and in proper working condition.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly while on call or whenever required.
• Scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm plus on-call as scheduled.
