Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform and maintain preventative maintenance of all process plant and utility plant equipment as directed by supervisor

2. Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on rolling stock

3. Repair and maintain machinery and equipment including but not limited to: pumps, rolling stock, electrical components, tanks and vessels and pipe welding, heat exchangers, building and grounds, and other various equipment/items

4. Use preventative maintenance software programs as needed

5. Maintain plant facilities by practicing effective housekeeping procedures

6. Complete any and all tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisors and Managers or Leads

7. Maintain a team environment with all other employees and departments while providing a high level of customer service with a positive attitude and in a spirit of cooperation

8. Follow all GMP and PPE procedures per Taylor Farms requirements

9. Follow all OSHA and company Safety rules and regulations per Taylor Farms requirements

10. Follow any and all additional duties or responsibilities assigned by Maintenance Supervisor

Employment Requirements:

· English and/or Spanish, oral and written, communication skills are required

· Must pass pre-employment drug screen

· Self-motivation to follow through on daily assignments

Requirements:

· High school diploma and/or GED Certificate and four years experience in the skilled trades

· Basic mathematical knowledge is required

· Demonstrated ability in mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and strong electrical disciplines

· Must have experience with 480V

· Must be able to work in a cold environment of 36 degrees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
