• 1st shift 7am to finish production.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Food Production experience.

· KRONOS Time Keeping

· Correction of miss punches daily

· Entering times/ keeping sign in sheet replenished daily

· Attendance and Production Reports

· Add and update KRONOS schedules

· Create Off day schedule

· Update codes in KRONOS for temporary staff

· Review attendance in KRONOS and report employees to production and HR for disciplinary action

· Submit monthly Excel report for permanent employee job corrections

· Submit a copy of all KRONOS corrections for KRONOS audits

· Monthly benefit coverage submission for new hires

· Alchemy Training

· Serve as a witness for supervisors

· Orientation of New Temporary Staff

· Approve payroll every Saturday before end of shift

· Enter vacation on calendar send invite to supervisors

· Review KRONOS for holiday pay; send corrections to Payroll

· Submit PAF’s for terminated staff every Friday

· Submit Time off Request forms in a timely manner prior to payroll Monday

· PTO – Submit to HR

· Bereavement and Jury Duty- submit to payroll with qualifying documents

Ability to keep information confidential

Equipment/Software Used

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

Work Environment

· Must be willing to work in refrigerated warehouse environment – Cold/Wet 38°F

· Must be able to workdays, nights, holidays, and weekends as scheduled or needed

Education/Experience

· High School diploma or higher

· Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a production setting or clerical position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
