We are looking for an enthusiastic automotive customer service representative to join our growing dealership's professional team. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming requests made via telephone or online, searching for potential sales leads, booking appointments for the showroom, Our ideal candidates are confident, passionate people looking to grow and succeed with Town East Ford

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound phone calls in a timely manner
• Complete assigned customer service-related outbound calls
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries
• Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while handling all guest inquires with 100% guest satisfaction
• Identify sales leads among new and existing customers
• Maintain follow-ups with potential prospects not ready to make an appointment, no-shows, and visited our showroom
• Gather customer details and comments in our system
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Provide short videos to prospective customers to earn their business.
• Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Town East Ford commitment.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule.
• Meet and exceed DAILY, WEEKLY, AND MONTHLY goals

Qualifications

• Available to work flexible hours and rotating Saturdays – 5 day work week
• At least one previous role based in customer service experience
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Professional and well groomed personal appearance
• Phenomenal communication skills both with customers and team members
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to multitask
• Highly organized
• Good driving record and valid driver’s license
