We are a busy, fast paced small animal general practice and urgent care center with 6 doctors. We are open Monday-Friday from 8AM-5:30PM as well as Saturday from 8:30AM-12:00PM.
Operating system is Cornerstone
32-40 hours a week expected
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Services Representative at Town & Country Veterinary Medical Center located in Killeen, TX. As a Client Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing client records, and assisting with general administrative duties. You will also play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for our clients and their pets.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role (prefer veterinary hospital work)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for providing excellent care and service to clients and their pets
