What are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to join our team. As the Lead Maintenance, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating maintenance activities , ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Complete all maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems.
• Proactively respond to work order requests submitted by tenants of our property and handle interactions with all tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures.
• Collaborate with property management to prioritize maintenance needs and ensure minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory.
• Fabricate and weld components as needed.
• Utilize schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, and logic controllers.
• Ability to fabricate and weld components as needed.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
