Service Associate
- Strict adherence to the Wayfare Development Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Core Values, and Non- Negotiables
- Responsible for all aspects of maintenance service
- Greet Residents and Prospects with enthusiasm
- Problem-Solving
- All routine service requests within 24 hours
- Emergency Service Requests must be responded to within 15 minutes
- Turnover Maintenance
- Move-Out Inventory Lists
- Daily upkeep of Curb Appeal and Grounds
- Daily maintenance and upkeep of Dumpster/Compactor areas
- Assist the Manager in the supervision of contract labor
- Inventory Maintenance and control
- Assist Manager with ordering
- Special Projects as directed by Management
- Help coordinate all phases of apartment cleaning, turnover, outside contracting
- Preventative Maintenance
- Pool Maintenance – Keep pools clean and well-maintained at all times
- Keep all amenities operational and clean of trash and debris
***IMS Management maintains a “24 Hour Service Request Policy”. It is the goal of this company that all Routine Service Requests be completed within 24 hours of the request being made.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
