We are seeking a skilled Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a blend of technical and customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

• Completing daily tasks
• Conduct routine maintenance on various systems within the facility
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high standards

Skills :

• Strong leadership abilities to supervise maintenance teams
• Proficiency in facilities maintenance practices
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical components
• Excellent customer service skills to interact with residents and staff
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Familiarity with logic controllers is a plus
• Pay offer depends on experience (3 years of experience is preferred)
• HVAC Certified (preferred)
