What are looking for?
Our team is looking for a highly motivated Leasing Agent to work at one of our multifamily properties located in Fort Worth. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in our team by assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal apartment home and ensuring a seamless leasing process. You will be responsible for showcasing available units, conducting property tours, and effectively communicating our leasing policies and procedures. Additionally, you will handle inquiries, process applications, and support our tenants throughout their leasing journey.
What will be your responsibilities?
Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities to prospective tenants.
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Assist applicants with the leasing application process and ensure all required documentation is collected accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate move-in logistics and conduct move-in inspections with tenants.
Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and update leasing databases accordingly.
Collaborate with property management team to address tenant concerns and maintain high tenant satisfaction.
Requirements for this role:
- Proficiency in Spanish, professional or fluent
- Previous experience in property management, leasing, or sales
- Proficiency in OneSite software or similar property management software
- Strong knowledge of leasing procedures
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
