Kiosk Sales Representative

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Kiosk Sales Representative to join our team.

You will be one of the first 5 sales members for Grubbrr’s self-ordering Kiosk sales team at TouchSuite. This exciting role for Account Executive is an inside sales position based in Boca Raton, FL and/or Remote. You will sell a suite of ordering solutions, primarily our proprietary self-ordering Grubbrr kiosk with direct integrations to Clover and other point of sale systems. You will be responsible for kiosk growth in-market by adding new merchant partners in the hospitality vertical. You will also spend time, alongside the leadership team, focusing on building your go-to-market plan for the kiosk sales team across the U.S. This internal plan will be the blueprint to spark market expansion and will incorporate the best practices you put in place. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Generating list of prospective locations and managing the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
• Sourcing new potential clients, initiating contact, and developing relationships. 
• Developing and implementing strategies to grow the Kiosk business within new territories and executing those strategies at lighting speed.
• Prospecting aggressively to develop new merchant partners through networking, referrals, company lead generation, and cold outreach.
• Setting up drip campaigns to prospect new leads.
• Planning, coordinating, and executing sales presentations and demos to inform, persuade, educate, and ultimately close business.
• Learning, developing, and evangelizing new ways for Grubbrr's self-ordering kiosk to differentiate itself in the marketplace.
• Communicating constantly with prospective leads via email & phone.
• Understanding the competitive landscape and determining how to best position Grubbrr's self-ordering kiosk in the market.
• Preparing and maintaining customer and prospect information in CRM database (HubSpot)
• Preparing regular internal communications that provide status updates to the team on the regional sales pipeline’s progress.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of sales experience and a proven track record of winning deals in a short sales cycle.
• Experience in sales of SaaS solutions, point of sale, and/or digital ordering technology.
• Passion for digital payments and advanced knowledgeable of the Hospitality industry. 
• Strong presentation and communication skills. 
• Ability to think on your feet and able to find innovative ways to achieve results. 
• Highly analytical and data driven. 
• Experience with Salesforce & HubSpot.
