Responsibilities- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls to generate appointments and market a wide range of insurance products and services to customers.
- Handle and process all leads, set appointments, follow up with customers, and sell additional products and services to customers.
- Provide an excellent customer experience during every interaction including sales opportunities, performing service transactions and claims reporting.
- Conduct needs based policy reviews.
- Accurateand timely documentation ofall interactions with each customerusing agency systems.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success.
- Property and Casualty 2-20 license or a 4-40 License.
- Will consider an individual with no licenses who are willing to get their 4-40 license within 2 days of hire or their 2-20 license within one month of hire.
- Ability to achieve monthly sales goals and produce long term revenue.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Previous work experience in sales, customer service, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
- Bilingual, fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish is preferred.
- Salesforce experience a plus.
