This position serves as a member of the Clinical Intake and Assessment Team of Touchstone Health Services (THS). Responsible for providing intake/assessment of children and families into the THS system of Care. Works collaboratively with every department in THS System of Care and provides excellent customer service both internally and externally. Serves as an expert of the THS System of Care when discussing services with children and families. Works with Intake/Assessment team on trainings related to diagnostic issues and works closely with every department in THS organization. Serves as the entry point clinician and strives to provide excellent customer services to the family served at THS. Works collaboratively and in good spirit with THS Referral team, Front Desk Team and Program Supervisors/Directors. Demonstrates good knowledge on the overall system of care and works diligently within the RBHA system to ensure good delivery of service. Remains flexible to ongoing daily intake needs and actively contributes positive influence to a growing department. Sets the tone of trust, cooperation and teamwork as a Touchstone service provider.
