We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in managing our human resources activities and ensuring the success of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures: The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures to support the company's goals and objectives.
2. Recruitment and Onboarding: The HR Manager will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent to meet the company's staffing needs. This includes creating job postings, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process.
3. Employee Relations: The HR Manager will serve as a point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers. This includes managing disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and conflict resolution.
4. Benefits and Compensation: The HR Manager will oversee the administration of employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring they are competitive and in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
5. Training and Development: The HR Manager will work closely with managers to identify training needs and develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Compliance: The HR Manager will ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to employment, including but not limited to EEO, FMLA, ADA, and OSHA.
7. Performance Management: The HR Manager will oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing feedback to employees.
8. HR Data Management: The HR Manager will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures, as well as employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
