Description : Job Title : Line CookJob Summary : We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Line Cook at our small bar and restaurant.
This entry-level position is ideal for candidates with 1 year of experience or less in the fast-food industry or a restaurant setting.
The Line Cook will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining kitchen sanitation standards.

Responsibilities : Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, portioning ingredients, and assembling dishes according to recipes and standards.
Cook menu items in accordance with established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in taste and presentation. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and ovens.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders during busy periods.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, and notifying management of shortages or discrepancies.
Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes, techniques, and procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
