We're looking for a Production Line Operator , working in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry in Carrollton, Texas, United States .

This is a Temp to hire position.

We offer medical benefits. Salary is up to $16 per hour based on schedule.

Key Responsibilities :

Production Line Operation :

Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.

Follow standard operating procedures to maintain product quality and consistency.

Quality Control :

Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

Report any deviations or issues to supervisors and collaborate on solutions.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Identify and report potential safety hazards promptly.

Team Collaboration :

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.

Cleaning and Maintenance :

Participate in routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.

Keep the production area organized and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Record Keeping :

Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.

Assist in inventory management as needed.

Experience Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred
• Basic understanding of production equipment and processes
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Adaptable to changing production demands and priorities

Willingness to cross-train in different areas of production as required
