Total Security Solutions is looking for a qualified individual to join the Sales Team by assisting in daily generation of sales through customer engagement.
This is a full-time position based in our Fowlerville, MI headquarters.
Job Description
As a member of our Sales Team, you will be responsible for assisting in lead generation and sales support through providing support to Account Managers. You will be taking part in outbound sales calls, presenting capabilities to prospective customers and setting meetings for Inside Sales Account Managers to close business.

Responsible for outbound calls to customers to build relationships and foster the TSS brand ahead of the Account Manager engagement with the client.
Create and present case studies and capabilities to the customer base.
Accurate daily/weekly/monthly management of CRM data and individual forecast/pipeline.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries received directly via phone, email or forwarded by other departments.
Effectively and professionally communicate with customers in written or verbal form to promote our capabilities.
Identify and solve issues relating to the revenue performance of assigned projects.
Maintain accurate customer information in CRM.
Scheduling meetings with appropriate account managers within the market segments for all sales.
Collaborate with other departments and team members to arrive at the solutions that achieve the customers goals.
Effectively manage challenges /conflict with external and internal customers to facilitate an overall positive customer experience & successful outcome.
Related Experience
3 years office experience with emphasis on working with Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Administrative Assistance Experience is a plus
Experience in fast paced office environment
