Job description:

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, team player to join our growing team. This position requires excellent customer service skills in person and on the phone. Our ideal candidate would be someone who is bilingual in Spanish, has expirience in the staffing field, a self starter, shows initiative, organized and has excellent attention to detail. Experience in the staffing world is a plus!

Responsibilities:

• Answer high volume of phone calls and greet warmly
• Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are assisted with application forms
• Hand out employee applications/review missing information
• Entering and Filing Apps/Documents
• Data Entry (45wpm)
• Send emails
• Take and relay messages
• Transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers, scanners, facsimile
• Sort and distribute incoming mail
• Take orders for supplies/check monthly inventory
• Distributing Checks
• Ensure reception area is tidy

Requirements

• Must speak, read, and write Spanish and English
• Must be proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office
• Must type at least 45 WPM
• Full Time: Monday - Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
