River Haven Nursing and Rehab is looking for a Social Services Assistant
This position is responsible for aiding the Social Services Director in planning , developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Services Department in accordance with federal, state and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures, to ensure that the medically-related, emotional and social needs of the patients/residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.
Must posses as a minimum, at least two years experience in the social services field. Previous experience in a long term care facility is preferred, but not required.
