• The Manager Surgical Services (RN) will manage the day to day operations across the Operating Rooms, Endoscopy, Pre Op, PACU, and Central Sterile Supply with a team of ~75 FTE's.
• Position reports directly to an inspirational and collaborative Director of Surgical Services
• Strong level of support from an Assistant Nurse Manager and a team of several Clinical Coordinators
• Performs general, orthopedic, urology, bariatrics, ENT, GYN, endoscopy, and robotic procedures

Qualifications & Requirements for Surgical Services Nurse Manager:

• BSN preferred (Associate's degree in Nursing required)
• RN Active License
• CERNER experience is a plus
• Minimum two (2) years of progressive surgical services/operating room leadership experience at Assistant Manager level or above in an inpatient surgical services/operating room setting
• Minimum three (3) years of Operating Room nursing experience is required
