Intellectual Property Associate - On-Site

Description: Fox Rothschild has an opening in multiple offices for an Intellectual Property Associate with one to four years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in a full range of intellectual property matters, including life sciences and chemical sectors.
Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. The candidate must be licensed to practice in the state
where the office resides.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong academic record and excellent written and oral communication skills required.
•  Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry required.
• USPTO registration and patent prosecution experience preferred.
• Experience in biochemistry and chemistry, pharmaceuticals, batteries, fuel cells, chemical devices, chemical engineering, materials science, and biotechnology is also preferred.
