As the Team Operations Associate, you will provide operational and sales support to one of the most successful residential real estate sales teams in the country. 

This role involves the day-to-day management of both streamlined processes and ad hoc requests to enhance the team’s operations, communications and productivity. By anticipating the needs of the team founders and agents, you resolve operational and administrative issues before they arise thereby ensuring the team can focus on what they do best. 

In this position, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to represent the team by serving as the initial point of contact to industry peers, clients and client representatives. You are someone that can spot an opportunity to enhance and optimize existing workflows; someone that thrives on operational efficiency and improving a team’s overall sales output and production.
