POSITION SUMMARY :

The Customer Service role is to assist and support the Administration Department by ensuring that high standards of customer satisfaction are maintained by the Front-End personnel and assists the department and Front End Manager as needed.

Supervising the Front-End Staff (cashiers, sackers, go-backs, and maintenance). Customer Service provides customer service and cash handling in a retail store environment.

The role is expected to be a role model of the company by delivering excellent customer service while maintaining company core values.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Customer satisfaction
• Process refunds and voids.
• Pick-up process.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Run and distribute daily reports.
• Process rain checks.
• Adhere to item refund policy.
• Maintain and manage customer flow.
• Available to support cashiers.
• Understand and enforce all procedures.
• Responsible for front end opening, crunch, closing efficiencies.
• Handling coupons.
• Understand and use proper LP dept codes and policies.
• All other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1 years customer service and retail experience desirable;
