Tomorrow's Office is Hiring a Customer Care Representative (Technical) Near New York, NY
Overview
Atlantic Tomorrow’s Office is a nationally recognized distributor of Ricoh, Toshiba and Konica manufactured copier products as well as a Managed Services Providers for IT. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for an entry level person to work in our Customer Care Department. This person must possess good communication skills, and a desire to serve our customers in a polite and professional manner.
Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for:
- Taking in bound service calls from our customers
- Processing supply orders
- Following up with technicians on ETA for service calls
- Entering data into our ERP
Additional Technical Duties:
- Review and manage inventory levels at customer site
- Manage alerts that are sent via various embedded communication tools
- Triage problems based on information gathered from remote connection to a device, including Fierys, to better assist field technicians with an on site repair
- Remediate issues remotely with and without customer assistance.
- Schedule preventative maintenance based on consumable life data gathered from machines
