We support our clinicians in building a thriving and profitable caseload upon a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We seek licensed clinical therapists (LISW, LPCC, LPC, LSW) to join our team at our Toledo clinic. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Compensation:

• $40-48 per session (dependent on education and experience)

Requirements:

• Be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Independent Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
• Hold a Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

We provide psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. Our services include general therapy, anxiety and depression therapy, marriage and family counseling, and children's therapy services. Our therapists are part of a tight-knit team that cares about the community they serve. Our diverse practice can support clinicians throughout their careers. Less experienced clinicians have the opportunity to work with experienced supervisors who are committed to our success. Experienced clinicians can mentor, supervise, and lead less-tenured professionals. Regardless of where you are in your professional journey, you will also appreciate the opportunity to collaborate with like-minded peers.

Our philosophy is to create an environment wherein clinicians can practice with minimal managed care red tape, burdensome paperwork, and systemic hassles.
