Job Description

Billing Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

To perform this job successfully you must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.

• At least 2 years of Billing experience in a general accounting capacity, must have strong and effective communication skills, customer service, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
• Billing Specialist will carefully audit invoices for any error and/or duplicated items from all branches, prior to posting and sending bill to customers
• Enter all information into central accounting system, apply any credit or discounts
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Communicate with branches and departments to verify accuracy of invoices by phone and email.
• Verify all invoices and answer all customer questions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Requirements:
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of operating standard office equipment.
• Ability to prioritize projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent research skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent Organizational Skills.
• Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
