Purpose and Scope :
As the Organization and Talent Development Coordinator, this role is critical in helping to create solutions that contribute to workforce development, leadership development and employee engagement.
Under general supervision and in alignment with the department objectives, the OTD (Organization & Talent Development) Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the OTD team.
This position encompasses three core dimensions of their work (1) Supporting Enterprise-Wide Organization and Talent Initiatives to include Talent Acquisition, Talent Planning, Learning and Development and Organization Development (2) Collaborating on the Learning Management System (LMS) administration and (3) Providing administrative support to the OTD Team.

Tolmar compensation programs are focused on equitable, fair pay practices including market-based base pay and a strong benefits package.
The final compensation offered may vary from the posted range based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience.
Working Conditions :
A hybrid schedule of working in the office and remotely based on specific work demands. Onsite presence is generally one day per week.
